Delivery Fees

We believe in complete transparency when it comes to our fees. We want you to understand exactly what you are being charged and why, helping to build trust and ensure there are no surprises.

Delivery Fees within Edmonton City Limits:

Fixed Delivery Fee: $39

·        Fee Breakdown: This fee includes $0.72 per kilometer for up to 20 kilometers, plus $25 for one hour of driving time. The delivery fee covers our labor and vehicle associated costs.

·        Traffic Considerations: Even if traffic extends the driving time beyond one hour, the rate will remain fixed at $39.

·        Peace of Mind: Our delivery fee covers all service locations in Edmonton inclusive of travel time and distance. It is also designed to act as a contingency in the case that your event location gets moved or if we experience unexpected travel delays during the trip. This means you have peace of mind knowing that our fee remains unchanged no matter what changes you may experience with your event.

Delivery Fees Outside Edmonton City Limits:

·        Base Delivery Fee: $39

·        Additional Distance Charge: $0.72 per kilometer for any distance beyond Edmonton city limits.

Delivery Fee Rebate:

For catering orders of $500 or more, the delivery fee of $39 will be credited to your total invoice, effectively making delivery free for larger orders.
